Biography
Jonathan Pellicer is a film and television editor based in Mexico. Born in Caracas, Venezuela, in 1976, he began his career as a founding member of Villa del Cine and later relocated to Mexico City, where he has worked on projects across Latin America.
His credits include Papita, maní, tostón (2013), The Weak Ones (2017), Suficiente coraje (2016), Azú (2013) and La hermandad (2016). He served as an editor on the Netflix series One Hundred Years of Solitude (2024–2026) and edited the feature On the Road (2025). Pellicer is a member of the Mexican Film Editors Guild (AMEE) and has received two wins and seven nominations for his work.
