Biography
Jordana Spiro is an American actress, director and writer. She was born on 12 April 1977 in Manhattan, New York City, and trained at the Circle in the Square Theatre School in New York and briefly at the Royal Academy of Dramatic Art in London. She later completed an MFA in filmmaking at Columbia University.
Her acting credits include a series regular role as P.J. Franklin in the comedy series My Boys (2006–2010) and the part of Rachel Garrison in the Netflix series Ozark (2017–2022). She has appeared in guest or recurring roles on series including Dexter (2011), The Good Wife, Blindspot and Law & Order: Special Victims Unit, and in the Fear Street film trilogy (2021).
Spiro made her feature directorial debut with Night Comes On (2018), which she co-wrote; the film premiered at the Sundance Film Festival. She is married to Matthew Spitzer.
