Biography
Josh Henderson is an American actor, model and singer. Born on 25 October 1981 in Dallas, Texas, he grew up partly in Oklahoma and graduated from Tulsa Memorial High School in 2000. He first gained attention as a member of the pop group Scene 23, formed after winning the second season of the WB singing competition Popstars.
Henderson transitioned to acting with guest roles in series such as One on One and 8 Simple Rules. His film credits include The Girl Next Door (2004), Yours, Mine & Ours (2005) and Step Up (2006), in which he played Brett Dolan. On television he appeared as Austin McCann in Desperate Housewives (2006–2007) and later starred as John Ross Ewing III in the TNT revival of Dallas (2012–2014). Other roles include appearances in 90210, CSI: Crime Scene Investigation and the film Swelter (2014).
