Biography
Josie Loren (born Jocelyn Loren Lopez, 19 March 1987) is an American attorney and former actress. She was born in Miami, Florida, and trained in stage acting at the New World School of the Arts. She later graduated from the University of California, Los Angeles with a BA in mass communications and a minor in Spanish, and earned a JD from Loyola Law School.
Loren began acting in the mid-2000s with guest roles in series including Hannah Montana (2006), Drake & Josh (2004) and Medium (2005). She is best known for playing Kaylie Cruz in the ABC Family series Make It or Break It (2009–2012) and FBI agent Michelle Vega in the final season of The Mentalist (2014–2015). Her film credits include 17 Again (2009) and 21 & Over (2013). She retired from acting in 2015 and has practised law since 2021.
