Biography
Juan Carlos Fernandez is a television writer. He worked for many years as a script coordinator on series including Scandal (2012–2016), The Killing (2012) and Cold Case (2006–2010).
He later contributed as a writer on Scandal (2017–2018), the web series Scandal: Gladiator Wanted (2017), and Inventing Anna (2022). Fernandez is executive story editor and writer on the ABC series R.J. Decker (2026). He was selected for the inaugural Latinx TV List by The Black List.
