Biography
Judd Bernard (born Sherman Bernard Goldberg, 20 June 1927 – 25 January 2022) was an American film producer and screenwriter. Born in Chicago, he attended the University of Wisconsin and worked as a publicist in New York before entering film production in the 1960s.
He produced Point Blank (1967), directed by John Boorman and starring Lee Marvin, in partnership with Irwin Winkler and Robert Chartoff. Bernard also produced Double Trouble (1967) with Winkler, as well as Deep End (1970), The Marseille Contract (1974) — for which he wrote the screenplay — and Enter the Ninja (1981). He wrote additional screenplays including Inside Out (1975).
