Biography
Jácint Juhász was a Hungarian actor. He graduated from the Academy of Drama and Film in Budapest in 1965 and began his career at the Petőfi Theatre in Veszprém before joining the Madách Theatre company in 1967. His first screen appearance was in the television series A Tenkes kapitánya (1963).
He appeared in several films directed by Miklós Jancsó, including The Round-Up (1966), The Red and the White (1967) as Istvan, and Red Psalm (1972) as Tóth Ferenc. Later roles included Mr Hackl in Sunshine (1999). Juhász received the Jászai Mari Prize in 1984 and the Vándor Pufi Prize in 1996. He worked in theatre, film and television until 1998.
