Biography
Jules Munshin was an American actor, comedian and singer. He began his career on Broadway, starring in the 1946 revue Call Me Mister, and later appeared in The Gay Life and Barefoot in the Park.
He moved into film in the late 1940s and appeared in several MGM musicals, including Easter Parade (1948), Take Me Out to the Ball Game (1949) and On the Town (1949), in which he played Ozzie alongside Gene Kelly and Frank Sinatra. He also featured in Silk Stockings (1957) as Bibinski.
Munshin died in New York City on 19 February 1970, aged 54.
