Biography
Julia Schlaepfer is an American actress. Born on 3 March 1995 in Bellevue, Washington, she trained as a ballerina with Seattle's Pacific Northwest Ballet for twelve years before turning to acting. She graduated from Lakeside High School in 2013 and from the Atlantic Acting School at New York University Tisch School of the Arts in 2017.
Schlaepfer is known for her role as Alice Charles in the Netflix series The Politician (2019–2020) and as Alexandra Dutton in the Paramount+ series 1923 (2022–2025). Her other credits include the film Charlie Says (2018) as Sandra Good, The Sky Is Everywhere (2022) as Rachel Brazile, and guest appearances in American Horror Stories (2022) and earlier series such as Madam Secretary (2017).
