Biography
Julian Burton (4 June 1932 – 27 March 2006) was an American actor. Born in Detroit, Michigan, he moved to Los Angeles as a child and studied theatre at the University of California, Los Angeles, where he received a BA degree.
He began his screen career in the late 1950s with roles in films including Man or Gun (1958), The Young Lions (1958) and A Bucket of Blood (1959). Burton appeared as Señor Veronese in The Masque of the Red Death (1964) and took guest parts in numerous television series such as The Outer Limits (1963), Get Smart (1965), Mission: Impossible (1966) and Adam-12 (1968).
Later in his career he earned a doctorate in psychology and worked as a therapist, founding the Westside Center for Growth and Counseling in Westwood, California. He was a member of the Actors Branch of the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences.
