Biography
Julie Oh is a film and television producer. She began her career as a development executive at Scott Rudin Productions after graduating from the University of California, San Diego. She later served as vice president of production and development at The Weinstein Company, and as vice president of development at Imagine Entertainment, where she helped launch the company's Pod Producer programme.
Oh worked as a producer at Imagine Entertainment. Her credits include executive producer on the comedy The Spy Who Dumped Me (2018) and on the drama Hillbilly Elegy (2020). She produced the musical film tick, tick... BOOM! (2021), directed by Lin-Manuel Miranda, after being inspired by a 2014 Encores! stage production.
In 2021 she launched her own production company, OhCo, under a first-look deal with Chernin Entertainment.
