Biography
June Preisser was an American actress. She began her career in vaudeville as part of the acrobatic dance act the Preisser Sisters with her sister Cherry, performing on Broadway in productions including the Ziegfeld Follies of 1934 and 1936, and You Never Know (1938).
She made her film debut in Dancing Co-Ed (1939) and appeared as Rosalie Essex in Babes in Arms (1939). Preisser featured in further MGM musicals such as Strike Up the Band (1940) and two Andy Hardy films, Judge Hardy and Son (1939) and Andy Hardy's Private Secretary (1941). She later appeared in the Teen Agers series of films for Monogram Pictures between 1946 and 1948.
Preisser died in 1984 in a car accident in Pompano Beach, Florida.
