Biography
Justin Nowell is a television writer and producer. He began his career with acting roles, including in Friday the 13th Part VI: Jason Lives (1986), and later wrote and directed short films such as Cricket Head (2006) and Acting for the Camera (2009).
Nowell has written episodes for series including Eastbound & Down (2013), The Grinder (2016), Friends from College (2017–2019), Bless This Mess (2019–2020), Unstable (2024) and Platonic (2023–2025). He has also served as a producer or co-executive producer on several of these shows.
