Biography
Karen Castañeda is a film and television editor. She graduated from Pepperdine University in Malibu, California, with a BA in International Studies and Spanish in 1994.
She worked as an editor on the ABC series Desperate Housewives from 2008 to 2012, having previously served as assistant editor on the show. Her other editing credits include episodes of The Originals (2014–2017), Shadowhunters (2017–2019), Roswell, New Mexico (2019–2022) and Black Cake (2023).
