Biography
Karen Fabritius Gram is a Norwegian costume designer. She was born on 15 January 1966 in Norway and trained at Statens høgskole for kunsthåndverk og design (SHKS) in clothing and costume design. She began working as a costume designer in the early 1990s on Norwegian films including Svarte pantere (1992).
Gram has designed costumes for numerous Norwegian feature films and television series. Her credits include Headhunters (2011), The Wave (2015), The King's Choice (2016), The 12th Man (2017), Troll (2022) and Narvik (2022). She has also worked on series such as State of Happiness (2018–2022) and Atlantic Crossing (2020).
She has received several awards for her work, including Gullruten awards for The Half Brother (2013) and The Saboteurs (2015), a Guldbagge Award for Hammarskjöld: Fight for Peace (2023), and Amanda Awards.
