Biography
Katie McGuinness is a British actress. Born on 29 December 1984 in Sussex, England, she trained at the London Academy of Music and Dramatic Art (LAMDA) and has worked in television, film, theatre and voice acting since 2000.
She is best known for her role as Josie Wellstead in the series Snowpiercer (2020–2024). Other television credits include Roots (2016) as Elizabeth Waller, The Borgias (2012) as Beatrice, Hollywood (2020) as Vivien Leigh, and Lewis (2007) as Samantha Earnshaw. Film roles include The Man Who Invented Christmas (2017) as Fanny Dickens and Mrs Cratchit. She has also appeared in numerous stage productions and provided voices for video games.
