Biography
Katrina Mathewson, also known as Katie Mathewson, is a screenwriter and producer. She frequently collaborates with writing partner Tanner Bean.
Her credits include writing episodes of the television series Hawkeye (2021), on which she also served as executive story editor, Jury Duty (2023), Dexter: Original Sin (2024) and Dexter: Resurrection (2025). She has also written for Pitch (2016) and other series, and contributed to films including Christmas Ever After (2020).
Mathewson is an Emmy-nominated and Peabody Award-winning writer. She has held roles on the Writers Guild of America LGBTQ+ Committee and is a member of the Think Tank for Inclusion & Equity.
