Biography
Katsuhiko Sasaki is a Japanese actor and voice actor. Born on 24 December 1944 in Tokyo, he is the son of actor Minoru Chiaki. He began appearing in films and television in the early 1970s.
Sasaki is known for his roles in several Godzilla films, including Inventor Goro Ibuki in Godzilla vs. Megalon (1973) and Biologist Akira Ichinose in Terror of Mechagodzilla (1975). He later appeared in Godzilla vs. Biollante (1989) and Godzilla vs. King Ghidorah (1991).
He has also worked extensively as a voice actor in anime and Japanese dubs of foreign productions, with credits including roles in Monster (2004), Black Lagoon (2006), Yona of the Dawn (2014) and Star Wars: Visions (2021).
