Kay McConaughey, also credited as Mary Kathlene McCabe or Kay McCabe McConaughey, is an American actress. She played Sherry McKay in the 2025 film The Lost Bus and appeared as a townsperson in the 2011 film Bernie.
Born Mary Kathlene McCabe on 7 January 1932 in Trenton, New Jersey, she is the mother of actor Matthew McConaughey. She has made guest appearances on television programmes including Today and The Drew Barrymore Show.
