Biography
Ken Horton is an American television producer, writer and director. He began his career as co-executive producer on the final two seasons of Dallas (1989–1991), for which he also wrote two episodes.
He later worked on The X-Files as consulting producer for the fourth season (1996) and received two Primetime Emmy Award nominations for Outstanding Drama Series. Horton served as co-executive producer on Millennium from its first season in 1996 and wrote three episodes of the series. On Smallville he was co-executive producer for the first season (2001) before becoming executive producer from the second season until the seventh season finale; he wrote the season three episode "Whisper" and directed the season seven episode "Descent".
