Biography
Keshav Naidu is an Indian film editor. He began his career with odd jobs at a film laboratory in Worli, Mumbai, later editing Kudrat before joining Yash Raj Films on the recommendation of re-recordist Mangesh Desai.
Naidu worked extensively with Yash Chopra, editing Silsila (1981), Chandni, Lamhe, Darr (1993) and several other Yash Raj productions. He edited Dilwale Dulhania Le Jayenge (1995) directed by Aditya Chopra and Gadar: Ek Prem Katha (2001).
Mumbai-born, Naidu has described his long collaboration with the Yash Raj banner and the editing of Dilwale Dulhania Le Jayenge, on which he worked from extensive footage down to the final cut.
