Biography
Kjersti Helen Rasmussen is a Norwegian screenwriter and director, also credited as Kjersti Rasmussen. She graduated from the Danish Film School in 2002 and has worked as a screenwriter, script editor and director on short films, feature films and other projects.
She is known for her writing on The Tunnel (2019), Dark Woods II (2015) and Varg Veum – Din til døden (2008). Rasmussen has also directed and written NightMare (2022) and contributed to the upcoming Kraken (2026). She is based in Bergen and has been involved with production companies there.
