Biography
Květa Fialová was a Czech actress. She was born on 1 September 1929 in Veľké Dravce and died on 26 September 2017 in Prague.
She trained at the Brno Conservatory and JAMU, graduating in 1950. Early in her career she worked in regional theatres including Opava, České Budějovice, Kolín and Martin. In 1958 Jan Werich engaged her at the ABC Theatre in Prague, where she remained associated for decades.
Fialová appeared in numerous films and television productions. She is known for her roles as Tornádo Lou in Lemonade Joe (1964), the countess in Closely Watched Trains (1966), and the countess Thunová in Adela Has Not Had Supper Yet (1978). She was married to director Pavel Háša.
