Biography
Lance Anderson is a television editor, producer and director. He began his career in post-production, serving as first assistant editor on the 1998 film Godzilla and later as editor on series including Providence (1999–2001), NCIS (2003–2004, five episodes), Sleeper Cell (2005–2006), The Mountain (2004) and The Vampire Diaries (20 episodes, 2009–2012).
Anderson has also worked extensively as a producer and director. He served as co-producer and later director on The Vampire Diaries, producer and co-executive producer on The Originals (2013–2018), and in various producing and directing capacities on Containment (2016) and Roswell, New Mexico (2019–2022). He is credited with one win in industry awards.
