Biography

Lars Löhn is a German composer born on 9 March 1971 in Berlin. He has composed music for film and television since 1996, contributing to more than 300 productions.

His feature film credits include Paule und Julia (2002), for which he received the Franz Grothe Prize, Move On (2012) and The Tunnel (2019). He frequently collaborates with Ingo Ludwig Frenzel under the name Ludwig & Loehn. Löhn has also scored numerous documentaries, series such as Super 4 and episodes of Tatort, and worked in additional music and sound design.

From 2003 to 2007 he taught audio design at the University of the Arts Berlin.
