Biography
Laska Winter was an American actress who appeared in films during the silent era and early sound period. Born in St Louis, Missouri, she performed under the names Laska Winter, Laska Winters and Winter Blossom, and was active from 1921 to 1932. She often took roles in exotic or adventure settings.
Her credits include an uncredited appearance as the Slave of the Lute in The Thief of Bagdad (1924). Other films were The Marriage Cheat (1924), Justice of the Far North (1925), Shipwrecked (1926), The Night of Love (1927), Seven Footprints to Satan (1929) and The Rainbow Trail (1932). She was married to screenwriter James T. O'Donohoe from 1924 until his death in 1928.
