Biography
Laura Rossi is a British composer of film, television, ballet and concert music. She wrote the score for the feature film London to Brighton (2006), directed by Paul Andrew Williams.
Her other film scores include Song for Marion (2012), The Eichmann Show (2015) and Hurricane (2018). She has also composed for the British Film Institute’s silent film re-releases, including Silent Shakespeare, and for the Imperial War Museum’s Battle of the Somme (1916) and related First World War films. Her concert and ballet works include Voices of Remembrance and the score for Atonement.
Rossi is a professor of film music at the Guildhall School of Music & Drama and the London Film Academy.
