Leon Ko Sai-tseung (Chinese: 高世章) is a Hong Kong composer for musical theatre and films. He studied music composition at Northwestern University and earned a master’s in Musical Theatre Writing at New York University’s Tisch School of the Arts.

Ko is known for his Cantonese musicals, including The Good Person of Szechwan, The Legend of the White Snake, Field of Dreams, The Passage Beyond, Sing Out, The Woman in Kenzo and The Impossible Trial, each winning Best Score at the Hong Kong Drama Awards. His film scores include Perhaps Love (2005), for which he shared a Golden Horse Award for Best Original Film Song and won a Hong Kong Film Award for Best Original Film Score; The Warlords (2007); That Demon Within (2014); Dearest (2014); and Monster Hunt (2015). He received the Award for Outstanding Contribution to the Arts from the Hong Kong Arts Development Council in 2025.

He comes from a family of performing artists: his mother, Lucilla You Min, was a post-war Hong Kong actress who won Best Actress at the first Golden Horse Awards; his grandfather, Bak Yuk Tong, was a noted Cantonese opera artist.
