Biography
Leslie Bohem is an American screenwriter, television writer and producer. Born Leslie Karoly Bohem on 25 September 1951 in Los Angeles, he is the son of screenwriter and producer Endre Bohem.
He began his career as a bassist in the 1980s, playing with Sparks and Gleaming Spires (having earlier formed the duo Bates Motel). Bohem started writing for feature films in 1989 and moved into television in 1992. His credits include the screenplays for Daylight (1996) and Dante's Peak (1997), the miniseries Taken (2002, which he created), The Alamo (2004), and the series Extant (2014–2015) and Shut Eye (2016–2017, which he created). He also wrote the story for The Darkest Hour (2011).
