Biography
Lewaa Nasserdeen is a Canadian writer, producer and actor. He was born on 15 April 1985 in Edmonton, Alberta, and studied film at Red Deer College. He later moved to Los Angeles and participated in the Disney/ABC Writing Program in 2014.
Nasserdeen began his television career as a staff writer on the ABC series The Goldbergs (2014–2015). He also wrote episodes of The Real O'Neals (2016) and Marvel's Daredevil (2018), for which he served as co-producer on the third season. Additional writing credits include Grand Army (2020).
In 2019 he entered an overall production deal with Skydance Television. He has developed projects including a semi-autobiographical half-hour series for Showtime.
