Biography
Li Bin (also credited as Bin Li) is a Chinese actress. She trained in opera performance and joined the drama troupe of the Beijing People's Art Theatre in the early 1950s, where she performed for decades before and after her retirement in 1985.
She is known for supporting roles in films including The Blue Kite (1993) as Granny, The Road Home (1999) as Grandmother, The Dream Factory (1997) as Aunt Qi, The Painted Veil (2006) as Te-Ming, and The Founding of a Republic (2009) as He Xiangning. Li Bin received several awards for supporting performances, including at the Shanghai International Film Festival.
