Biography
Lillian Adrian was an American actress who appeared in several silent films in the 1920s. Her credits include the role of Joseffa in A Wife's Romance (1923), appearances in The Way of a Man (1923) and The Dangerous Coward (1924) as Conchita, and an uncredited part as Woman in Dance Hall in The Gold Rush (1925).
She was married to Jim Adamson, known as Jim the Barber, a Hollywood figure associated with the MGM studio.
