Biography
Lisa Grootenboer is a Canadian film and television editor. She trained in classical animation at Sheridan College before moving into editing, beginning her career in advertising and later working on numerous television series and films.
She is credited as editor on The Tudors (2007–2010). Other credits include The Borgias (2011–2013), X Company, Mary Kills People (2017–2018), Chucky (2021–2024) and Believe Me: The Abduction of Lisa McVey (2018). She has also edited concert films and live music content, including projects featuring Iron Maiden and Joe Bonamassa.
Grootenboer has received multiple awards and nominations for her editing work.
