Biography
Liz DiFiore is a New Zealand film and television producer. Born in New York to New Zealand parents, she began her career in the 1990s as a location manager before progressing to production management on both local and international productions shooting in New Zealand.
She owns the production company Godzone Pictures and has produced or executive produced numerous New Zealand shorts as well as features including Russian Snark (2010) and Abandoned (2015). The latter won a Moa award for Best Television Feature. DiFiore has also served as line producer or producer on series such as Inside (2020) and After the Party (2023).
After the Party won the NZ On Air Best Drama award at the 2024 New Zealand Television Awards. Earlier credits include unit production manager roles on films such as Anacondas: The Hunt for the Blood Orchid (2004).
