Biography
Liza Weil is an American actress. She was born on 5 June 1977 in Passaic, New Jersey, and grew up in a family involved in theatre and comedy.
She began her career with regional theatre and off-Broadway work before making her feature film debut in Whatever (1998). After early film roles including Stir of Echoes (1999), she moved to Los Angeles and secured guest appearances on series such as ER and The West Wing.
Weil is best known for portraying Paris Geller in the series Gilmore Girls (2000–2007) and its 2016 Netflix revival Gilmore Girls: A Year in the Life. She later played Bonnie Winterbottom in How to Get Away with Murder (2014–2020) and appeared in The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel (2019).
