Biography
Lon Zimmet is an American television writer and producer. Born on 3 January 1981 in Manalapan, New Jersey, he began his career writing for comedy series including Men at Work (2012) and Happy Endings (2012–2013).
He wrote an episode of Unbreakable Kimmy Schmidt (2015) and served as supervising producer on the series, for which he received a Primetime Emmy nomination. Zimmet created the Fox sitcom LA to Vegas (2018) and has written and produced for The Michael J. Fox Show (2013–2014), Superstore (2016), I'm Sorry (2017), Outmatched (2020) and Night Court (2023–).
