Biography
Luis Alberti is a Mexican actor born on 30 October 1981 in Mexico City. He trained at La Casa del Teatro and began his career in theatre, later founding the independent company Vaca 35 and joining Teatro Lúcido.
He gained recognition for film roles including in Eisenstein in Guanajuato (2015) and Carmín Tropical (2014), the latter earning him an Ariel Award nomination for Best Supporting Actor. In 2020 he won the Ariel Award for Best Actor for his performance in Workforce (2019). On television he has appeared in Rosario Tijeras (2016–2017) as Brandon López Morales, Narcos: Mexico (2018) and Enemigo íntimo (2018–2020). He played José Guadalupe Esparza in the biographical series Bronco: The Series (2019).
Recent credits include Counterattack (2025) as Capitán Guerrero and Without Blood (2025) as The Count.
