Biography
Luis Beristáin (1918–1962) was a Mexican actor and director. He made his stage debut in 1943 and his film debut in 1945, later working extensively in film and television.
He is known for his role as Cristián Ugalde in Luis Buñuel’s The Exterminating Angel (1962) and for appearances in films including Él (1953). He also directed television series such as La herida del tiempo (1962).
