Biography
Luke Reichle is a costume designer whose credits include the television series Castle (2010–2016).
He trained in psychology and art at the University of California, San Diego, and in creative writing at San Francisco State University, before graduating from the Pacific Fashion Institute. After working in fashion design in New York for labels including Perry Ellis and Calvin Klein, he moved into costume work, assisted by designers Ann Roth, Gary Jones and Jane Greenwood. He later collaborated extensively with director Michael Ritchie.
Reichle has designed costumes for feature films including The Firm (1993), Lord of Illusions (1995), Down Periscope (1996), The Glimmer Man (1996), American Outlaws (2001) and Exorcist: The Beginning (2004), as well as series such as Without a Trace.
