Biography
Lyric Ross is an American actress. She is known for her role as Déjà Pearson in the NBC drama series This Is Us (2017–2022), which she joined as a recurring cast member in season 2 before becoming a series regular from season 3.
Ross was born on 30 September 2003 in Evergreen Park, Illinois, and raised in nearby Homewood. She began acting at the age of five, appearing in commercials and guest-starring in episodes of Chicago Fire (2015) and Sirens (2015). She provided the voice of Kat Elliot in the stop-motion film Wendell & Wild (2022) and portrayed Natalie Washington/N.A.T.A.L.I.E. in the 2025 miniseries Ironheart.
With the rest of the This Is Us cast, Ross received the Screen Actors Guild Award for Outstanding Performance by an Ensemble in a Drama Series in 2018.
