Biography
Madeline Weeks is a costume designer and former fashion director. She served as fashion director at GQ magazine for twenty years before transitioning to costume design for film and television. She trained at Parsons School of Design and the Fashion Institute of Technology.
Weeks designed the costumes for the Amazon series Mr. & Mrs. Smith (2024). Her film credits include Armageddon Time (2022) and The Life List (2025), and she worked as costume consultant on Amsterdam (2022). Earlier work encompasses music videos such as Foo Fighters' "Shame Shame" (2020) and Mark Ronson featuring Amy Winehouse's "Valerie" (2007). She was born in Washington, DC and grew up in Virginia.
