Biography
Mahesh Pailoor is an Indian-American director and writer based in Los Angeles. He has directed five episodes of the series The Blacklist (2020–2023) and one episode of S.W.A.T. (2023).
He studied film at New York University's Tisch School of the Arts and earned an MFA in directing from the American Film Institute as a Directing Fellow. His feature debut Brahmin Bulls (2013) starred Sendhil Ramamurthy, Roshan Seth and Mary Steenburgen. His second feature, Paper Flowers, was released in 2024. He is an alumnus of the Disney/ABC Directing Program and the NBC Emerging Director Program.
