Biography
Marcie Ulin is a writer and producer. She wrote 13 episodes of the series Nashville (2012–2016) and served in various producer capacities on the show, rising to executive producer.
Ulin has collaborated frequently with Meredith Lavender. Their credits together include writing and producing on The Flight Attendant (2020), for which Ulin received a teleplay credit on one episode, and The Gifted (2017), where she wrote one episode. Other writing credits include episodes of Charlie's Angels (2011), Missing (2012), Covert Affairs (2010) and Defying Gravity (2009).
The pair have received Writers Guild of America nominations for New Series for both Nashville (2013) and The Flight Attendant (2021). Ulin and Lavender signed an overall deal with 20th Century Fox Television in 2017 and a first-look deal with MGM Television in 2026.
