Biography
Marco Ilsø is a Danish actor. He began his career as a child actor, playing the lead role of Mikkel in the 2008 Danish Christmas series Mikkel og guldkortet across 24 episodes.
Ilsø is best known for portraying Hvitserk Lothbrok in the historical drama series Vikings from season 4 to season 6 (2016–2020). His other credits include the films The Absent One (2014), in which he played a young Ditlev, The Model (2016) and Wild Men (2021), as well as the series Borgen – Power & Glory (2022). He has also appeared in Bullshit (2024).
