Biography
Margaret Anne MacLeod was a Canadian actor. She appeared in several films directed by Guy Maddin, including as Amma in Tales from the Gimli Hospital (1988) and as Baba in Archangel (1990).
She began performing in theatre productions at the Black Hole Theatre at the University of Manitoba. Other screen credits include The Dead Father (1986) and Bordertown Cafe (1992).
MacLeod was born on 10 February 1939 in Dauphin, Manitoba, and died on 23 December 2024 in Ottawa, Ontario.
