Biography
Maria Latour is a French actress born on 22 May 1943. She is best known for her role as Mathilde in Luis Buñuel’s Belle de Jour (1967).
Her film work was concentrated in 1967, when she appeared in Le vicomte règle ses comptes as Tania, Toutes folles de lui as Lily and Le Fou du labo 4 as Régine. She later took several television roles, including Peppina in the series Foncouverte (1969) and Ariane in Les Enquêteurs associés (1970). She is the daughter of an industrialist based in Cameroon.
