Biography
Marian Saastad Ottesen is a Norwegian actress. She graduated from the Norwegian National Academy of Theatre in 1999 and has been a permanent member of the National Theatre in Oslo since 2001, appearing in numerous stage productions.
She is known for her television roles as Sigrid Haugli in Lilyhammer (2012–2014) and Hildur in Norsemen (2016–2020). Her film credits include The Art of Negative Thinking (2006) and Gone with the Woman (2007), for which she won Best Actress at the Kosmorama Trondheim International Film Festival in 2008. She is married to actor Nils Jørgen Kaalstad.
