Biography
Mark Helms is an American actor. He was born on 3 July 1971 in Bristol, Tennessee.
He is known for his role as the trucker in the film The Peanut Butter Falcon (2019) and as Mr. Carlson in the television series The Wonder Years (2021). He has also appeared as Frank Love in Dead Man's Wire (2026) and as PJ in 9-1-1: Nashville (2025). Helms has worked in the transportation department on several productions, supplying antique cars and motorcycles.
