Biography
Mark Horowitz is an American television producer and director. He has held producing roles on JAG (1995) from 1997 to 2003, including as co-executive producer, supervising producer and producer, and on NCIS (2003) from 2003 to 2023, including as co-executive producer and executive producer across 454 episodes.
Horowitz has also directed episodes of NCIS (eight episodes, 2010–2020) and JAG (five episodes, 1999–2002). Earlier credits include producing on Doogie Howser, M.D. (1989–1993) and Spenser: For Hire (1985–1988), and he has directed episodes of other series such as Northern Exposure and The Byrds of Paradise.
