Biography
Matthew R. Jarrett is a television writer. He contributed to 27 episodes of the series NCIS (2003) as writer and staff writer between 2014 and 2019.
He is the brother of writer Scott J. Jarrett. Jarrett also co-wrote the 2012 short film Coffee, God and Gasoline.
